Chea Castro has been around the Hospitality Industry her entire life. Growing up with a mother who was a wedding planner, Chea was thrilled to plan and execute her first solo event at age sixteen. Her passion is helping clients plan one of the happiest days of their lives.
Chea proudly joined the Three Sons family in 2005 and was quickly promoted to Office Manager. As the Office Manager with Three Sons Signature Cuisine, she is the ultimate administrative support for the company. You will most likely interact with her when you call in as Chea usually answers the phone.
Chea is also very active in the community. She uses her planning and organizational skills to chair many charitable and community outreach programs and events. She is a long time member of Amnesty International, has enjoyed being a mentor to at-risk young women, and volunteers her time at Loaves & Fishes and local foodshelves. Every year, Chea organizes food and clothing drives for women and children in shelters. She is alsoactive in her church and still assists clients with her event planning services.
Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel
Jodee is a co-owner of this exceptional catering team, as well as its Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, and Director of Marketing. In a small, family-owned company, the entire team wears several hats at any given time, and Jodee is behind-the-scenes running the business management, controlling the company’s expansion and growth, managing human resources, creating and implementing company policy, and training.
Jodee is also a practicing attorney and an active member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and Executive Women International. She volunteers her time assisting high school students in preparing essays for college applications and scholarships, providing legal counsel at clinics through the Sexual Violence Center and Volunteer Lawyers Network, and is a board member for Shred Coed, a local nonprofit. She provides financial support to these organizations, as well as Minnesota Children’s Theatre, Minnesota River Valley Girl Scouts, Neighborhood Involvement Project’s Adopt-a-Family program, and her local community’s children’s programs, to name a few.
