Executive Chef and Owner

Chef Benjamin McCallum is our talented and award-winning Executive Chef and a co-owner of Three Sons Signature Cuisine. Ben works with clients to create the dinner parties and weddings that represent not only the personality and tastes of those clients, but also the flare and talent of an elite chef.

Chef Ben was classically trained in French cuisine and methods. He has also studied, perfected, and executed menus for clients in nearly every cultural cuisine imaginable. It is all about creativity and fusion for Chef Ben.
Chef Ben has hired and trained over three dozen chefs to date, some of whom went on to restaurant success and some who have returned to work in his kitchens. Chef Ben is an advocate of his employees, students, and clients, always striving to make food fun, delicious, and decadent.

Sous Chef
Chef Naj has been a restaurant chef for over 13 years with credentials at Masa, The Oceanaire, and Victory 44 to name a few. He comes with a diverse cultural upbringing having a first generation European mother, a father from North Africa, and extensive travelling since childhood, exposing him to many exotic and obscure culinary techniques and ingredients. Moonlighting as a music producer and engineer, Chef Naj also brings his artistic principles to food with the belief that with passion, technique, execution, and a little bit of fun you can make almost anything taste and sound good.

A fun fact about Chef Naj: early in his career with the Oceanaire, Naj was given the opportunity to help open and train at the San Diego location with celebrity chef, Brian Malarkey.

Pastry Chef
Erin has years of cooking and pastry experience, spending the past 13 years as the Head Cake Decorator at Lunds & Byerlys. She is extremely well versed in edible mediums such as fondant, gum paste, buttercreams, chocolatier, and air brush work. A fun fact about Erin is that she took 3rd place in a nationwide cake decorating contest that was judged by Duff Goldman of the Food Network’s Ace of Cakes.

Erin comes to Three Sons Signature Cuisine with a vibrant creativity, a passion for design, and the desire to work hard for every client’s vision.
