Margaret + Matt at The Landmark Center
On Friday May 29, 2015, we spent a rainy evening in the beautiful halls of The Landmark Center sharing Margaret & Matt’s big day (with the many wonderful vendors listed below)! They had 250 guests join them for the celebration.
For their cocktail hour, we served Caramelized Leeks with Garlic and Herbed Chevre in a Puff Pastry, Blanched Asparagus wrapped in Proscuitto and Boursin Cheese, Walleye Cakes with Citrus-Herb Remoulade, and Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Gorgonzola.
The Salad Course was the Baby Field Green Salad with Candied Pistachios, Strawberries, Tart Apples, and Pepper Goat Cheese tossed in a Champagne Vinaigrette.
Dinner was a pairing of Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Winter Truffle Butter and Smoked Sea Salt and Thyme & Lemon Seared Chicken with White Wine Sauce and Grilled Citrus. The accompaniments were Scalloped Potatoes and Roasted Carrot & Green Bean Bundles in Chive Butter. DELICIOUS!!

For dessert, Lunds & Byerly’s provided a beautiful cake while TSSC created a Pie Station for the guests. We then passed Classic Beignets for late night snacks.
