Client Appreciation at Orchestra Hall – June 8, 2015

This first week of June was spent helping several corporate clients put together six separate client appreciations!  They were a blast and the compliments kept pouring in from clients and guests alike.

Featured below are photos from one such event that started off as a Roaring 1920’s Themed Event and although they eventually dropped the theme, the menu remained fun and it turned out AMAZING!

Passed Hors d’oeuvres

  • Blanched Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto and Boursin Cheese
  • Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Gorgonzola
  • Miniature Beef Wellingtons with Puff Pastry and Wild Mushrooms

  • Steam Ship Beef Round Carving Station (each round of beef weighed between 70-90 lbs!)
  • 1920’s Salad Martini Bar
    Classic Caesar and Waldorf Salads served in Martini Vessels
  • Cold Nosh Station
    Chef’s Selection 3 Regional Cheeses served with Assorted Specialty Crackers and Crisps, Assorted Garden Vegetables with Lemon Dill Dipping Sauce, Calamata Olives, Green Olives, and Fresh Fruit Kabob displayed on a Pineapple Tree
